In advancing their mission of resource recovery, Fjell Technology Group was selected as a trusted partner for a major upgrade at the Dordrecht facility. Our team has successfully replaced three out of five industrial sludge dryers for part drying, increasing DM from 20 to 40% – whereby the following incineration process transforms sewage sludge into renewable energy.

Fjell’s engineering experts worked in close collaboration with our partners and with HVC, managing the disassembly, hoisting, and installation of the new dryers. The project was delivered on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The enhanced drying solution now enables HVC to efficiently process and recycle more waste streams, turning waste into value - providing clean energy for thousands of households.
