For Profiler (the website's CRM)

• _ref: Unique user ID for inquiries submitted via the Profiler form. Stored for 1 year.
• _org: Organization ID for inquiries submitted via the Profiler form. Stored for 1 year.

For Google Analytics

• ga<container-id>: Used to retain session state. Stored for 2 years.
• _ga: Used by Google Analytics to distinguish between different users. Stored for 2 years.
