We’re excited to announce the release of a new Fjell Tech Agenda paper written by Researchers Gro Bjerga and Rasmus Ree at NORCE Research.

Marine by-products contain significant amounts of valuable nutrients, yet they are often used for low-value applications. Ongoing research explores how innovative biotechnology could help overcome one of the biggest barriers to higher-value utilization of marine by-products: the characteristic fishy odour.
