Congrats to JFK and Gadus with their new Onboard fishmeal plant!

80TPD fishmeal plant onboard Gadus commissioned

Fjell has the past week been present onboard Gadus and performed the start-up of a modern fish- and oil plant. Gadus is set up with a complete system for making high quality fishmeal. 

The design of this plant is based on land based fishmeal plants. Lamella pumps is used instead of screw conveyors - gently moving the rest-raw material though the process. A tricanter enabling also production of fish oil. Fjell has also delivered our uniqe PLC system were one single touch screen can control this semi-automatic plant.
